ESSROC CEMENT CORP inNazarethPA,USA, which belongs to ITALCEMENTI, has ordered from & EPR GmbH in Dülmen a primary crushing plant for limestone with an average output of 1,000 t/h The plant replaces an existing system and consists of the apron feeder and the single rotor impact crusher APPMH 2022
The apron feeder with underlying chain scraper conveyor for the spillage material has a variablespeed drive, so that the capacity can always be adapted to operational requirements
The crusher with grinding path processes feed sizes with a maximum edge length of 1 m into a finished product with 97 % < 100 mm Here the gap of the impact aprons and grinding path can be adjusted electrohydraulically The crusher is fitted with a GSK rotor with a diameter of 2,000 mm and a width of 2,200 mm These robust castiron welded rotors are characterised by a particularly high moment of inertia, with which throughput peaks can be processed without difficulty
