Working principle of jaw crusher:

The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the moving jaw move up and down through eccentric axis When the moving jaw rises, the intersection angle between the scale board and moving jaw becomes large, thus drives moving jaw approach the fixed board, and simultaneously, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the destination of crushing When the moving jaw drops, the angle becomes small, moving jaw board is away from the fixed board under the function of draw bar and bearing, meantime, the crushed material is laid out from the cavity

Working principle of impact crusher:

The rotor is at a high speed revolution driven by the electric motor, and when the material is entering the cavity, the plate hammer is striking with the material for crushing and then the material is striking back to crush again, finally the material ejects from the layout, which becomes the finished product
